Most recently, as President of Resource Real Estate Group, Inc., Chris used his extensive real estate background to acquire several million square feet of corporate space for Siebel Systems throughout the United States and international business markets. Chris developed a “best in class” service provider model to assemble highly capable teams in remote locations to meet his client’s stringent requirements.
In May of 2004 Chris formed Stillwater Development LLC with partner Peter Adams, with whom he had negotiated several complex transactions, each exceeding $50 million. Over lengthy discussions during several fly fishing trips, they decided to bring to bear their collective 50 years of real estate development experience and love of nature to the new field of “conservation development.”
Familiar with the process of assembling teams of independent professional specialists to find creative solutions for conflicting interests, Chris’ broad-based experience makes him ideally qualified to tackle the most stubborn land ownership-related problems.
