My initial impressions of Chris and Peter were reinforced in the meetings and negotiations that followed. They promised there would be no surprises during their property examination and due diligence investigations. They were true to their word, and they invited me to meetings, spoke openly in front of me and kept me informed of their findings along the way. There were some intense times when we renegotiated contract provisions, but at no time did their transparency or integrity falter.
