Stillwater’s vision is for the property to be held for long term ownership as a recreational fly fishing and waterfowl hunting property, with any future development of the property being carefully planned so as to preserve the open space habitat the property offers. Stillwater has secured the entitlement for 9 separate homesite lots to be located on the old homestead section of the property, and has installed the infrastructure to allow for their eventual development if so desired. This plan maintains the maximum amount of open space for the property, which is preserved by virtue of a conservation easement on 180 of the 260 acres guaranteeing view corridors and the use of the hunting and fishing areas in perpetuity.
